We Provide

Pelvic Health

Pelvic health physiotherapy can assess and treat a range of conditions including incontinence, prolapse, and pain. Urinary leakage alone, is experienced by 33% of post-partum women. The success rate of physiotherapy in treating urinary incontinence is 80% and is the first-line treatment.

While pelvic floor dysfunction may be common, it should not be considered normal and does not need to be endured.

Antenatal physiotherapy can provide education around pelvic floor exercises, safe exercise throughout the pregnancy, supportive garments, and tips to reduce the risk of tearing during vaginal delivery.

Postnatal physiotherapy can assess for any birthing injuries, diastasis recti, pelvic symptoms, and guide you safely back into exercise.
